Steps Navigate to the Project level Forms tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device. Tap the form that you want to delete. Tap the vertical ellipsis. icon. Tap Delete . Tap Delete in the pop-up window to confirm that you want to delete the form.
Board members can amend the agenda before or after someone makes a motion to adopt the agenda. To do this, any board member can motion to add items, delete items, or change things around. Once someone motions to amend the agenda, the board takes a vote, and the majority rules.
Steps Navigate to the Documents tool. Locate the file or folder you want to delete. Right-click on the file and click the Delete. icon. OR. Click the vertical ellipsis icon and click the Delete. icon. Click Confirm to delete the file or folder. Note: The file is moved to the Recycle Bin.
Steps Navigate to the projects Meetings tool. Locate the desired meeting in the list. Scroll to the category that contains the item where you want to add minutes. In the Official Documented Meeting Minutes section of that item, click in the (edit) field. Enter all relevant meeting minutes information. Click Save.
Items may be removed from the consent agenda on the request of any one member. Items not removed may be adopted by general consent without debate. Removed items may be taken up either immediately after the consent agenda or placed later on the agenda at the discretion of the assembly.
If you need to delete a change event, you can move it to the Recycle Bin in the projects Change Events tool. You also have the ability to retrieve deleted change events from the Recycle Bin.
Steps Navigate to the projects Meetings tool. Click the Meeting Title. Click the Delete. icon next to the category. Note: If the x is gray, you must first change the Status of the meeting item to Closed. Click OK to confirm.
The agenda can be changed by either a two-thirds vote, or a vote of a majority of the entire membership, or a vote by unanimous consent. If the group agrees to amend it by one of these votes, then the agenda is amended and the group follows the new order.
