all right guys so im going to give a quick lesson on how to read an incident report this is a kind of unusual report because its like freaking six seven pages because this was actually a 19 car pileup all right so its a multi-vehicle collision but the basics the fundamentals are the same first of all in almost every report almost always driver one okay the person in this first box and of course this is georgia motor vehicle crash report driver one is the person thats at fault almost always but how do we confirm you go to where it says operator contributing factors operator the person thats driving how did he contribute to the wreck and it says 10 on there okay what does 10 mean theres actually a legend for all this stuff i havent memorized he lost control of the vehicle thats what 10 means
