This video will demonstrate how to delete image and PDF files from the AEM Content Finder. The procedure works the same way for either file type. Now this is important! Before deleting files from the Content Finder, remove any images you no longer want to display from you website. Also remove the link to any PDF files you no longer want to share from the associated text on your website. If this technique isnt done before trying to delete the files, youll get an error message as well see. Lets get started. Sign in to AEM. Click the Assets link on the left. Click on the county-offices card. Click on your county. Open the appropriate folder to find the files. Well use ANR. Click the Enter Selection button in the top menu. Click the file or files you want to delete. Well choose one image file and one PDF file. Theyll turn blue when selected. Click the Trash icon. In the Delete Asset box, the files will be listed.
