hello welcome to tutorial series on the employee onboarding tool in this video Im going to show you how to add custom off-boarding form Fields you can create add and manage off-boarding Fields as per your requirements to get started click on the configurations tab in the top navigation menu once you get to the next page navigate to the offboard form fields on the Windows left side from here you could add the form field name underneath the display name mark it as required or not and you could also select whether its visible or not and the different types of form Fields you want once youre done remember to click save if you want to edit current off-boarding form Fields you can go underneath the tab under the action column and click edit then you could change the display name whether its required or invisible along with just clicking save any changes that you need to make will then be applied to the entire uh employee onboarding tool so this is it about how to add custom off-boarding
