Yes, but you have to do it within 12 weeks (if you are appealing as a householder) or six months of your original planning permission approval.

How long does it take for planning conditions to be discharged?

The local planning authority should respond to requests to discharge conditions without delay and must give notice to the applicant of its decision within a period of 8 weeks, beginning with the day immediately following that on which the application is received, or any longer period agreed in writing between the

Can a planning condition be removed?

You can apply to vary a condition on your planning permission or to remove it all together, under Section 73 of the Act.

What happens if a planning condition is not met?
