Select the comment or reply, then click the More icon. Click Delete Yes, delete it. After a comment is deleted, the system logs an entry in the proof activity section, showing that the comment was deleted.
Go to the project, task, or issue that contains the document, then select Documents. Find the proof you need, then click Open proof. At the top of the proofing viewer, click Add comment.
Upload a document and create a proof Go to the project, task, or issue where you want to create a new proof. Click the Documents tab. Click Documents in the left panel. Click Add New, then click Proof in the menu that appears.
Hover over the comment you want to edit, click the More icon that appears, then click Edit. Make any changes in the comment, then click Post. The label Edited appears on the comment.
Click the Review tab in the Ribbon. In the Tracking group, click Display for Review. A drop-down menu appears. Select No Markup or Original to hide the markup area, including comments.
In the Comments pane, select the comment you want to delete and select the X. On the slide, right-click the comment icon and select Delete Comment.
Select the comment. Click the check mark icon in the lower-right corner of the comment. A green check mark appears in the upper-left corner of the comment and a Thread resolved label and message appear below it. The user who submitted the comment receives an email notification that the comment was resolved.
To delete all the comments in the document, go to the Review tab, click the down-arrow on Delete, and choose Delete All Comments in Document.
