What do you say when scheduling an interview? We would like to conduct your interview sometime this week. Please let me know which one of the following time slots you would prefer. I will be sending you a calendar invitation once I receive your reply.
Editing an Appointment or Interview Navigate to the Schedule tab on a Person or Recruiting Workflow profile. Click an existing appointment on the calendar. A summary popup displays. Click Edit at the bottom right of the summary popup.
If you find yourself in a situation where you need to reschedule your interview, follow these steps: Try to avoid having to reschedule. Give as much notice as possible. 3. Make sure your contact receives the message. Explain your reason clearly. Suggest a new date and time. Be accommodating. Apologize for the inconvenience.
Canceling Interviews Navigate to the Agenda tab. Locate the desired meeting and click Remove in the top right. A confirmation popup displays. In the confirmation popup, click Remove. The candidate and interviewers are automatically emailed a cancelation notification.
