So, to close the open PR and remove that requirement from MD04 one need to close PR manually.How to Remove A Requirement from MD04? Check PR line item. Check the quantities and dates tab to choose the closed check box. Mark PR as Closed. Then perform ing to the below given image:
Open the PR, highlight the line item, then click on the trash can.
Click dynamic selection (shift+F4), then click PR, then double click on release strategy. Enter your release strategy and then execute.
Transaction code, ME51N, is used to enter a purchase requisition into SAP. Personal settings must be added before you create a requisition. Adding the required settings is a one-time task unless your security or user ID changes for any reason.
You can delete or block the PR by using LOCK or Bin icon . But it will be in the system with delection mark and futher no document will be created for the same and you can get the list of Archived Purchase Requisitions in ME5R.
Place your cursor on the requisition you need to cancel. Select Tools Control to open the Control Document form. Select from a list of options. For Example: Finally Close.
You delete purchase requisitions by clicking the relevant purchase requisition items and then choosing the Delete PR button. For security reasons, you have to confirm a security warning in a popup before deleting. If the deletion is successful, a message appears in the status bar.
Now, select the PR line item which you need to delete and then click on the Delete button. Then a pop-up dialog box appears and based on the relevant selection, the selected PR line item will be marked with a deletion flag. After setting the Deletion flag, click on SAVE button.
