somehow this formatting mark appears on ms word and you are repeatedly failing to remove it you are selecting it and from your keyboard you are pressing delete its not getting deleted okay again you are selecting it and from your keyboard you are pressing ctrl x4 card its not working so what you have to do just select it make sure that you are in home tab okay and from here just deselect formatting mark okay boom its gone okay hope you enjoyed the video ms word series is going on so please subscribe thanks for watching

Select a contact. Choose the Contact tab. Select Edit contact. Make the changes you want.
In an open contact, double-click the Electronic Business Card. In the Edit Business Card dialog box, in the Card Design section, click Change. Locate the picture that you want to add or change, and then double-click it.
The standard business card dimensions are 3.5 x 2, but that doesnt include the bleed area the margins around the edge of the card where its difficult to print. When you include the business card bleed area, the total layout space becomes 3.75 x 2.25. Consider this if you are using color on your business card.
On the navigation bar, click People. Select the contact you want to delete and then click Delete on the Ribbon or right-click the contact and then click Delete.
Highlight all of the text on the card. Press the Ctrl and C keys to copy it. Highlight all of the text on the next card on the template. Press the Ctrl and V keys to overwrite the placeholder card information with the new details.
You can use Word to create business cards from a template or from scratch. However, if you have Microsoft Publisher installed, thats your best bet for making business cards. If youre going to use Word to create your business cards, your next best bet is to start with a template from Office.com.
Word and Publisher come with built-in templates that you can use to print different types of labels, business cards, dividers, name badges, postcards, and more. To see them in Word or Publisher, click File New and search for labels or business cards.
