hey hi everyone this is admin from admin 365 and today we are going to talk about the places where we can disable the multi-factor authentication which is turned on onto the users account so lets get started so multi-factor authentication is turned on either from the office admin center or from the azure active directory so in the office admin center you just have to go to the office admin center active users section as you can see users active user and here is the option where you see multi-factor authentication this is the first place you can go here and then you can select the user whom you want to disable it you will see an option which is enabled for the user whom you want to disable it if you see it here you can just click on the account and disable it from here but if you dont see the user account as enabled and it does receive the prompt to enter the code or set up mfa it can be possibly enabled from either of the two option which is under azure active directory so lets go

On the Review tab, click Protect Sheet or Protect Workbook. Click Unprotect Sheet or Protect Workbook and enter the password. Clicking Unprotect Sheet automatically removes the password from the sheet. To add a new password, click Protect Sheet or Protect Workbook, type and confirm the new password, and then click OK.
On the Review tab, click Unprotect Sheet (in the Changes group). Click the Protect Sheet button to Unprotect Sheet when a worksheet is protected. If prompted, enter the password to unprotect the worksheet.
Go to the worksheet you want to unprotect. Go to File Info Protect Unprotect Sheet, or from the Review tab Changes Unprotect Sheet.
To remove password encryption from the file, open the workbook and enter the password in the Password box. Then click File Info Protect Workbook Encrypt with Password. Delete the contents of the Password box, click OK, and then save the file again.
How to unprotect Excel sheet Right-click the sheet tab, and select Unprotect Sheet from the context menu. On the Review tab, in the Changes group, click Unprotect Sheet. On the Home tab, in the Cells group, click Format, and select Unprotect Sheet from the drop-down menu.
On the Review tab, under Protection, select Permissions, and then select No Restrictions. In the dialog box, select Remove Restrictions.
Click Sheet. If you have several sheets, click the Down arrow. and select the sheet you want to protect.(Optional) To unprotect cells in a protected sheet: Check the Except certain cells box. Click Select data range. . In the spreadsheet, highlight the range you want to unprotect and click Ok.
