An apostille is for documents to be used in countries that participate in the 1961 Hague Convention Treaty. Authentication certificates are for documents to be used in countries that do not participate in the 1961 Hague Convention Treaty.
FCO Apostille London cost The cost of the apostille is 30 if issued by the FCO in Milton Keynes. This is a postal service and the turnaround time is normally 4 days. The FCO also charge a return postal fee. This is 6 for addresses in the UK, 14.50 for addresses in Europe and 25 for worldwide.
A fee of $20.00 per Apostille (Check or Money Order, cash is not accepted) made payable to the Secretary of State must be included.
Maryland Office of the Secretary of State Cost is $2.00 per document. Please pay by U.S. check or money order made payable to the Secretary of State.
You will need an Apostille if all of the following apply: the law of the country where the document was issued considers it to be a public document, and. the country in which the document is to be used requires an Apostille in order to recognise it as a foreign public document.
