From the PO details page, click Actions tab - Delete Purchase Order option.Delete bulk Purchase Orders using this option. Enable the check box beside the Purchase Order to delete. Click Delete button. Click OK to proceed.
You can close individual lines in a purchase order for invoicing or receiving. In addition, you can select all of the line items and close them for adjusting and receiving, for change, or for all actions.
Log in to your QuickBooks Online account and click on the Gear icon on the top right corner of the screen. Select Custom Form Styles under Your Company. Click on Edit next to the purchase order template you want to edit. Make the necessary changes to the template and click Done.
Undo received items Go to Vendors, then Vendor Center. Click the name of the vendor who holds the PO. Open the transaction. Press Ctrl + D on your keyboard to delete it. Select Yes to confirm the deletion process.
Once a PO line is deleted, it cannot be retrieved or reopened. If there is a chance you will want to view or reuse a PO line, consider canceling or closing it.
To close a purchase order: On the All Orders page, select the desired purchase order. In the Actions menu, click Close. In the Close Purchase Order window that appears, enter a comment about why you want to close the purchase order, and then click OK.
A closed purchase order is one in which all expected activity against all its lines has been fulfilled. Releases, receipts and inspections are no longer entered against it.
