The most common way to terminate a contract, its just to negotiate the termination. From Service Setup Home, enter App Manager in the Quick Find and select App Manager. Click the dropdown next to Service and click Edit. In the Available tabs list, select Entitlements and Service Contracts. Click Add.
Enable Entitlements in Salesforce CPQ From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Entitlement Settings , then select Entitlement Settings. Select Enable Entitlement Management. Select the entitlement features you want to activate or deactivate. Save your changes when youre finished.
To delete a Contract, click Del next to the Contract on the Contracts list page. A Contract can also be deleted by clicking Delete on the Contract detail page. Note: When deleting a Contract, all related Notes, Attachments, Events and Tasks, History, and Approval Requests are deleted.
If youre ready to terminate your service agreement, you should be sure to do so in writing. You can either send an email to your service provider or compose a termination letter on business stationery. You should sign this notification using both your official title and the name of your company.
