As a reminder, Tasks can be placed in specific locations on your plans. and used for anything from an inspection, QA QC work, punch or deficiency items, to-do lists, or general team communication. Lets create a task. Im going to show you some useful shortcuts for setting task attributes. Rather than adding a title up here. Im going to go straight to the Messages section. The first message submitted on a new task automatically becomes the task title. To submit any Message, you can click the checkbox, CTRL-ENTER on a PC or COMMAND-ENTER on a Mac. Adding the @ sign in a Message gives you a bunch of shortcuts. Use it in any message to set your task status and category as soon as you start typing youll see them automatically populate. Assignment rules in salesforce are used to automatically assign lead or Case to owner (User Or Queue). Assignment rule is used to automate owner assignment on Case and Lead based on conditions on Case or Lead.
You can also delete a lead assignment rule by following these steps: Navigate to Setup | Customize | Leads | Assignment Rules. The Assignment Rules page displays all of your existing rules together. The Rule Details page for the selected rule displays. Click Delete to remove the rule from Salesforce.
