Hi, this is Aron with TechSoup, and today were going to show you how to remove an agent from your account. So the first thing youll do is youll log in to TechSoup. Go ahead and click LOG IN, enter your email address, and your password. Today well enter in John Does email address and password. Next well click on your user profile. To do that, click on the user icon in the right corner, the outline of a person, and click YOUR ACCOUNT. From there well click on the name of your organization if youre associated with more than one organization, and then your organization details will load. In order to remove an agent, well scroll down to Authorized Agents and just click Remove next to the agent we want to remove. A pop-up will ask us if were sure, and there well click REMOVE THIS AGENT. After that, the screen reloads without the agent, with this message: You have successfully removed an agent. And we see now that Jane is no longer an authorized agent on this account.
