All right, today we are talking about the AJERO formula. And were doing this for a very, very simple reason. It was requested in my comments and a couple of different emails for me to break it down even more in one clip and make it so that even a fourth grader could understand exactly what Im talking about. And thats exactly what were doing. So if you have late payments, collections, foreclosures, repossessions, bankruptcies, judgments, tax liens, or anything else that you could possibly have have on there, like short sales or whatever, then this simple formula can be used to potentially remove that account. And I say potentially, because in this industry, theres nothing thats guaranteed and if anybody tells you otherwise, when it comes to forcing the Bureaus or the creditors or collectors to do anything, and its 300% BS I call BS. Alright, so the reason that were doing this right now is because I have a couple of people who wanted to purchase one of my books that breaks this

Your chart of accounts refreshes and an Inactive column and a Delete column are added. For the accounts you want to delete or make inactive, check the boxes in the appropriate columns. Accounts that have the word No in the Delete column cannot be deleted from your chart of accounts.
To delete an account from the chart of accounts, there must be no transactions posted to the general ledger that reference the account ID. If an account has a nonzero balance, you must delete or remove transactions associated with it. These can include beginning-balance entries.
Restore an inactive account Go to Settings ⚙ and select Chart of accounts (Take me there). Next to the printer icon, select the Settings ⚙ icon, then check Include inactive. Find the inactive account you want to restore. It will be marked with (deleted). In the Action column, select Make active.
Delete or move the transactions Look for the account you just made active. In the Action column, select Run report. The Accounts QuickReport opens. Customize the Account QuickReport to All Dates, then select Run report. Select each transaction, then either delete it or move it to a different account.
Accounts that cant be deactivated Opening Balance Equity: This is the default account for adjustments. You can only edit the name of this account, if necessary. Retained Earnings: This account reports the net income of your company on the Balance Sheet report.
Go to the Lists menu, then select Chart of Accounts. Select the account you want to delete. Go to the Edit menu, then select Delete Account. Select OK.
To delete an account, heres what youll need to do: Click on the gear icon at the top. Under Your Company section, select Chart of Accounts (COA). Look for the account that you want to delete. In the Action column, choose the drop-down then click Delete. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete.
Go to the Lists menu, then select Chart of Accounts. Select the account you want to delete. Go to the Edit menu, then select Delete Account.
