Go to Settings Billing. Under Billing information, click on the pen icon next to Account Owner. Next, type in the name or email address to select the new owner. Select the new owner and click on Transfer Ownership.
Unfortunately, once the document is sent, you cannot cancel it. However, you can delete the document or change its status to Expired in your docHub account so that the recipients wouldnt be able to access the document.
Change users role Go to Team Settings. Click on the users role and choose a different role from the dropdown menu.
Go to Settings Billing. Under Billing information, click on the pen icon next to Account Owner. Next, type in the name or email address to select the new owner. Select the new owner and click on Transfer Ownership.
Hover over a user and select three vertical ellipses on the far right, then select Remove user from the dropdown. If this person is a member of multiple workspaces, you can delete them from all workspaces at once.
The first step is to open docHub and click Settings. Click Team. Click Invite new user. Type in their email address. Select the role from the dropdown. Click to select the role. In this case, select Manager. Once it looks good, click Send invitation. Thats it. Youre done.
Here are the steps to cancel your account. In your docHub Account, go to Settings Billing. In the subscription plan settings, click Cancel your subscription. Fill out the form and confirm the cancellation.
