Within the EHBs, there are roles and permissions at both the Organization and Grant level. At the Grant level, the person with the Project Director, or PD, role is responsible for managing users. Here are some things to keep in mind! To remove a user from a grant, you must be registered to that grant as the Project Director, and/or you must have the Administer Grant Users privilege. To register as the Project Director, you must be listed as the PD on the Notice of Award.
