To hide a ticket type: Go to Tickets. Click the name of your ticket type. Click Advanced settings. Change the visibility to Hidden.

NOTE: Past events with completed orders can be deleted from your Eventbrite account 120 days after the event ended. Go to Manage my Events. Select your event. Choose Unpublish event from the event status dropdown. Choose OK to confirm. Optional: Delete your event.
Go to Account Settings. Log in to your Eventbrite account. Select Close Account (under Account). Tell us why youre leaving. Type CLOSE and enter your password. Click Close Account. Optional: Delete your personal data. If youre unable to close your account.
To cancel or delete a single ticket, click the Actions menu next to that ticket. Cancel this order/ticket: The ticket(s) will be canceled but will show in your refunded/canceled orders. The attendee(s) will receive an email notification. Delete this order/ticket: The ticket(s) will be deleted from your event.

TIP: You can still make changes to an event after you publish. However, some items, like setting or changing a refund policy cant be changed after the event is live.
To cancel, you can either (i) email us at boost@eventbrite.com and follow any instructions, if any, we provide to you in response to your cancellation request, or (ii) initiate a cancellation through your Account settings within the Services.
