hey guys welcome to another blog tech tips today im going to show you how to fix a issue on your sony tv where you cannot adjust picture settings if you find that you cannot adjust your picture settings for some reason on this particular brand um follow my directions all right so of course um if you have a similar setup tv um go ahead and get a remote yours might be different its a universal remote hit menu so heres the menu option on mine go over to settings go to preferences ill show you the issue guys so check this out if i go to pictures notice here if on picture i cant select any of these options down here if i try to go down with the direction it switches over to the lower settings meaning i cant get to these settings thats because theyre locked all right to unlock these settings go back gonna go all the way down to um setup once youre in setup guys youre gonna come down all right youre gonna go all the way down and of course you can look down here guys says picture a
