By default, Chrome sets the zoom level to 100%. To manually adjust the settings, use the Ctrl key and + or - combos to increase or decrease the page magnification. If you are using a mouse, you can hold down the keyboard Ctrl key and use the mouse wheel to zoom in or out.
Click on the extensions icon next to your Google Chrome profile icon. Select the Resizing App extension and a pop-up screen will appear. Here, you will have to select the + icon to add an image. Select the resize option from the drop-down menu and add the dimensions.

How to reduce JPEG file size on Windows Open the JPEG file with a double click or Right-click file Open With Photos. Click the three dots in the top right corner and select Resize. Choose the recommended settings or Define custome dimentions to resize the JPEG file manually.
Right-click on the image file in the File Explorer, select Open With, Paint. Select main menu item Image, Stretch/Skew Change the Horizontal and Vertical percentages to a percentage less than 100. Select the main menu item File Save As to save the resized image.
Compress JPG to 200 KB Online First, convert the JPG to a PDF. On the right of the result page, click Compress PDF. Choose Basic Compression and wait for our software to compress the file. On the next page, click PDF to JPG, then Convert entire pages to save the file as an image.
Change font and image size Open the Chrome browser. Click the Customize and control Google Chrome  icon in the upper-right corner of the browser window. Near the top of the drop-down menu that appears, you can use the + (plus) or - (minus) in the Zoom section of the menu to increase or decrease the font size.
To reduce the image size in KB or MB online, first upload it to ResizePixels website. Enter a desired file size and select the corresponding unit of measurement (KB or MB). Then proceed to Download page to get the image file.
