HTML Undo
Until you have closed the editor, you can always press Ctrl-Z (on Windows machines) to undo edits. This is a browser feature, not TiddlyWiki. Within the tiddler editors HTML textarea control basic undo handling comes for free using CTRL-Z.
The undo support in yFiles for HTML is managed by the UndoEngine class, which is usually associated with an IGraph instance. To obtain the UndoEngine from an IGraph where undo is enabled, use the undoEngine property. The UndoEngine uses IUndoUnits which represent a change that can be undone and redone.
