Use Erase All Content and Settings From the Apple menu  in the corner of your screen, choose System Settings. Click General in the sidebar. Click Transfer or Reset on the right. Click Erase All Content and Settings. Dont see this button?
On your Mac, choose Apple menu System Settings, then click Appearance in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Select Light, Dark, or Auto on the right. Light is a light appearance that doesnt change.
