[Music] hi in this video im going to show you how to turn off the microsoft word autocomplete feature also known as predictive text so what that does is when youre typing itll kind of guess what youre trying to type and then give you some of its own suggestions and then you could go ahead and use that so if youre a gmail user youll notice that they do that as well and some people like myself find it annoying because it kind of throws you off when youre trying to type so well see if i can make it do it here and show you what im talking about see how it does that now you can press tab to have it finish like that so you know you could either keep typing and you know finish it yourself over like i said hit tab but some people dont like that because you know if if i didnt want to type suggestions i was trying to attempt something else then that might mess me up you know in my spelling so uh so to get rid of that pretty simple you know normally youd be able to go down here it say
