floodfill is an awesome node that has many uses here I am working on some roof tiles that were constructed using the shape splatter node Iamp;#39;m going to need a mask to randomly adjust the color of these tiles you can use the flood fill random grayscale node with the splatter data from the splatter node to generate a mask with random values for each tile next I use the histogram select node with the contrast set to 1 adjusting the position slider allows me to select different tiles that I can use for my base color masking flood filter random grayscale is exactly the note I needed to create my tile mask
