Add or change a signature Open Gmail. At the top right, click Settings. See all settings. In the Signature section, add your signature text in the box. If you want, you can format your message by adding an image or changing the text style. At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.
iCloud Open the Mail app. Click Mail in the top menu and select Preferences. Click the Signatures tab and select + to add a signature. Click the Signature #1 option. Paste your logo into the signature box and add the text you want.
Open Gmail. See all settings. Under General, scroll to Signature and click the signature you want to edit. Use the text box to make your changes.
Your signature will be automatically placed in your Mac document. You can find your Mac signature at any time and for any PDF document by going to tools, markup, signature and clicking your signature.
To edit a signature for an account, click the account in the left column, then click a signature in the middle column. When All Signatures is selected, you can add an existing signature to another account by dragging the signature from the middle column to the account in the left column.
To change these settings in the Mail app on your Mac, choose Mail Settings, then click Signatures. Choose signatures to work with by clicking All Signatures or an email account.
You can customize the email signature that appears automatically at the bottom of every email you send. Go to Settings Mail, then tap Signature (below Composing). Tap the text field, then edit your signature.
at the top of the Mailboxes list, then choose Settings. Click Composing, scroll down, select Add a signature, then type your signature text.
