To reverse your last action, press CTRL+Z. You can reverse more than one action. To reverse your last Undo, press CTRL+Y.
To redo something youve undone, press Ctrl+Y or F4. (If F4 doesnt seem to work, you may need to press the F-Lock key or Fn Key, then F4). If you prefer to use the mouse, click Redo on the Quick Access toolbar. (The Redo button only appears after youve undone an action.)
You can also use the Ctrl+Y keyboard shortcut to redo the last operation you performed. Clicking the Customize command (tooltip More Buttons) brings up a gallery (Figure 3.9) which allows you to fully customize the interface.
To undo an action, press Ctrl + Z. To redo an undone action, press Ctrl + Y.
The redo function restores any actions that were previously undone using an undo. Some people may refer to this feature as a reverse undo. For example, if you typed a word, and then deleted it using an undo, the redo function restores the word you deleted (undid).
Undo data entry To undo the most recent data entry, press CTRL+Z. To undo several actions, do one of the following: On the Quick Access Toolbar, click the arrow next to Undo Typing. , and then select the actions that you want to undo. All of the selected typing actions are reversed.
