so this was a module that I just installed today itamp;#39;s called the custom record Auto numbering external module and what it allows you to do it gives you some options for your auto numbering so with red cap when you have a project you either can have Auto numbering turned on and it will increment through the records starting from one and and going up uh incrementally or you can turn the auto numbering off and then redcap will allow you to enter a unique identifier for the record itself um and thereamp;#39;s but thereamp;#39;s thereamp;#39;s never been an in-between so weamp;#39;ve had people who wanted to format the outer numbering and you know they didnamp;#39;t want it to just be a single number they wanted to have Alpha Characters those kinds of things and and before that wasnamp;#39;t possible but when now with the uh with this external module itamp;#39;s it is possible but there are some limitations to it so let me go to the uh this is the documentation for the for th
