Cancel printing from Windows On the Windows taskbar, at the bottom-right corner of the screen, right-click the Printer icon. Select Open All Active Printers. In the Active Printers dialog box, select the printer you want. In the printer dialog box, select the print job you want to cancel. Click Document Cancel.
Cancel a print job from the print queue in Android. Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the notification area. Select the print job you want to cancel. Tap Cancel to cancel the print job.

How To Clear Printer Queue For Windows Go to Start. Click the Control Panel and look for Administrative Tools. Double-click the Services icon. Scroll down and select the Print Spooler service. Select Stop. Go to the following directory: C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\PRINTERS. Delete all the files in this folder.
Activate by using any of the following options: Login to mobile print with your University username and password, then upload a document. Send a print job from a University PC or Virtual Desktop. Swipe your University card on the MFD card reader and log in with your University username (UoN User ID) and password.
Open the App Switcher, then tap Print Center. The badge on the icon shows how many documents are in the queue. To cancel a print job, select it in Print Center, then tap Cancel Printing.
Tap Settings Hardware Printers Create Printer Station. Enter a printer station name. Tap Printer then select printer. Click Connect AirPrint printer and choose your printer.
Each printer can print, copy and scan. To use the printer you need to login - the first time you do this youll need to register with your university credentials. Your ID card will then be linked to your login, meaning that in future, logging into the printer can be done with a simple swipe of your card.
Right-click the icon for your printer, and then click Open. To cancel individual print jobs, right-click the print job that you want to cancel, and then click Cancel. To cancel all print jobs, click Cancel All Documents on the Printer menu.
