hello today we are going to talk about a very specific setting in PowerPoint that thereamp;#39;s a good chance youamp;#39;re not familiar with Iamp;#39;m talking about the ability to customize the number of undos that youamp;#39;re allowed to use the default number of undos in PowerPoint is set to 20 so imagine that youamp;#39;ve made a series of alterations to a presentation and realized that you want to move back several steps in order to make a change as you hit undo once you docHub 20 commands youamp;#39;re no longer going to be able to move backwards and undo your changes this leaves you with no option but to go in and make the changes one by one in order to restore your presentation to its previous state however this number is not set in stone and can be adjusted manually in order to do this you need to add to your PowerPoint options so head to the file menu and then scroll down here to select options from there click on the advanced item in the left hand menu under editing
