hi friends if the dock contains an icon for an item and you delete the item from your Mac the icon remains in the dock but is covered by a question mark do you want to remove this question mark from the dock of your Mac here are the steps to do so drag the question mark out of the dock and continue holding the mouse button until you see a puff of smoke around the icon release the button and you will see that the question mark icon is removed from the dock menu of your Mac hope this was easy to follow thanks for watching
