So maybe in Excel or in Outlook, you have a list of maybe 30, 50, 60, maybe even hundreds of addresses and you want to print each one of those addresses onto an address label. Well, one way to do that is you could create a new address label sheet in Microsoft Word, and you could go through, and you could copy and paste each address into one of the labels and then you could print it out. But that sounds really painful and thats also going to take a long time. Today Im going to show you how you can use mail merge in Word to greatly simplify that task. If you do not use the label, such as it gets torn before you put it on a package, you can reprint it. Once a label is used, in that you have given it to the post office it is now used and cannot be reprinted to be used again, not even going to the same customer. You will have to buy a new label.
There is no way to edit labels youve already created. Once youve bought a label it is valid postage, and any changes to the label might make the postage paid be the wrong amount.
You cant edit a label you already purchased. If you need to change the buyers shipping address after buying a label, you need to request a refund for that label and then buy a new label. Sellers in the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia can purchase Etsy shipping labels.
Choose Shop Manager. Choose Orders Shipping. Select the order for the shipping label you want to reprint. Choose Download Shipping Label.
How to Refund Shipping Labels Purchased Through Etsy On Etsy.com, choose Shop Manager. Choose Orders Shipping. If you dont see the order in the first tab, select Completed. Choose Refund under the shipping label number on your order.
Void shipping labels individually After you void a shipping label, the cost of the label is credited to your account. USPS labels can be voided until 28 days after the label creation date. UPS and DHL Express labels can be voided until 30 days after the label creation date.
Note: You can reprint a shipping label once, after printing it the first time, or from the shipping labels record on the History screen. You have up to 24 hours from the initial printing to reprint.
Label alterations Your online label cannot be altered and must be used as it was printed. If you find an error in your label, print a new label with the correct address and request a refund. Any item with a manually-altered online label will be returned to you.
