three two hi my name is monica and i am one of the pharmacy automation analysts in our inpatient pharmacy and im here to demonstrate how to refill your label and receipt paper in your omni cell were going to lift this keyboard up and pull out your printing mechanism pull forward your print heads and make sure when you put in your labels and your receipt paper that your spool has the large side facing to the right once we have that in were going to go ahead and mount that and were going to do the same thing with our receipt printer roll make sure that the large head is to the right insert and mount once thats done we want to make sure that these green levers are in the locking position because these are self-feeding printers now for the receipt paper you have two options you can go ahead and feed it right through as this or you can always fold the corner and feed it through if its easier once both label and receipt paper rolls are loaded we want to go ahead and adjust the excess a

The Voided status means the label is canceled and cannot be used to ship, but it does not reflect the status of any refunds for the voided label.
USPS labels can be voided until 28 days after the label creation date. UPS and DHL Express labels can be voided until 30 days after the label creation date.
If you have created a label included on a USPS SCAN Form, it can be cancelled as long as the package has not moved past Accepted in the tracking details. You can cancel a label from the SHIPMENT HISTORY page in ShippingEasy or directly on Stamps.com.
Well, USPS shipping labels have a 28-day expiration date once they are purchased. USPS shipping labels expire, or are no longer valid after 28 days.
Go to Manage shipping labels - opens in new window or tab. Find the item youd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select More Actions, and then select Void. Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
You can request a refund to 30 days from the date on which you first printed a shipping label. When you request a refund for USPS shipping labels, the postage amount is credited to your postage balance.
Void shipping labels individually After you void a shipping label, the cost of the label is credited to your account. This amount is applied to the cost of any shipping labels that you buy in the future. If the package has been shipped, then contact the carrier with the package reference number for help.
Note: You can reprint a shipping label once, after printing it the first time, or from the shipping labels record on the History screen. You have up to 24 hours from the initial printing to reprint.
