Hi everyone. My name is Kevin. Today I want to show you how you can use mail merge to create address labels. So, what do I mean by that? Well, imagine that you have a list of addresses. So maybe in Excel or in Outlook, you have a list of maybe 30, 50, 60, maybe even hundreds of addresses and you want to print each one of those addresses onto an address label. Well, one way to do that is you could create a new address label sheet in Microsoft Word, and you could go through, and you could copy and paste each address into one of the labels and then you could print it out. But that sounds really painful and thats also going to take a long time. Today Im going to show you how you can use mail merge in Word to greatly simplify that task. If you want to reprint labels for an entire shipment, select the shipment. On the Printing Activities tab, select Labels and then the type of label that you want to print. If you selected a shipment with a customised consignee label, the Number of Copies to Print window appears.
You can print pre-paid and No Postage Necessary (e.g. Returns) shipping labels at most Post Office locations and at USPS.com. For further information and locations, see Where are Label Broker printers and locations?
The Voided status means the label is canceled and cannot be used to ship, but it does not reflect the status of any refunds for the voided label.
Label alterations Your online label cannot be altered and must be used as it was printed. If you find an error in your label, print a new label with the correct address and request a refund. Any item with a manually-altered online label will be returned to you.
USPS Go to usps.com and select Ship a Package followed by Print a Label with Postage. Choose the geographic designation from the drop-down menu and click the Print a Shipping Label Now button. Log in or sign up for a new account.
You can reprint labels from within the order details. If you click into the order details you can select the label in the top right hand corner. Youll see a Print button with a drop down menu including Label as an option. This would be for reprinting existing labels.
To reprint a shipping label youve just printed: On the Carrier screen you will see the message Label Completed . Click the Reprint This Label link next to the Label Completed message. Youll see a Reprint Label dialog box with some conditions. If you agree to them, check the check box. Click the Reprint button.
Void shipping labels individually After you void a shipping label, the cost of the label is credited to your account. This amount is applied to the cost of any shipping labels that you buy in the future. If the package has been shipped, then contact the carrier with the package reference number for help.
