Use the shortcut: Ctrl+Z undoes your last action type, format, or delete. Keep an eye on the Undo button: at the top left of the window, it has a drop-down list of recent actions to undo. Use the Redo feature: to bring back undone actions, press Ctrl+Y or click on the Redo button.
To undo an action, press Ctrl + Z. To redo an undone action, press Ctrl + Y. The Undo and Redo features let you remove or repeat single or multiple typing actions, but all actions must be undone or redone in the order you did or undid them you cant skip actions.
To reverse your last action, press CTRL+Z. You can reverse more than one action. To reverse your last Undo, press CTRL+Y.
Press Ctrl+Z to undo when you accidentally remove or overwrite anything. If you in the meantime move to another note you can still go back to the note in question and undo as long as you dont restart Obsidian. Obsidian uses the operating systems commands for undo and copy/paste. CNTRL + Z is thus a global command.
To redo something youve undone, press Ctrl+Y or F4.
To undo an action, press Ctrl + Z. To redo an undone action, press Ctrl + Y.
Undo is a command that allows you to easily reverse the last action you performed on a computer. Whether you accidentally deleted text or made another mistake, with the Undo command, you can quickly reverse the error.
Undo allows you to take back data entry changes by storing a collection of data maintenance actions. Redo lets you restore the change that was undone. Under certain circumstances, for example, when you change to a different client, the collection of actions ends and you can no longer use undo or redo.
