Control + A Revert to the arrow pointer. Control + M Hide all ink marks on the slide. Press the shortcut a second time to make all ink reappear. Control + E Activate the eraser to erase one drawing at a time.
Keep or discard ink annotations At the end of your slide show, when youre about to return to Normal (editing) view, PowerPoint gives you the opportunity to save your ink annotations. Choose Discard to get rid of the annotations. Choose Keep to save the ink-pen annotations on the slides.
To redo something youve undone, press Ctrl+Y or F4. (If F4 doesnt seem to work, you may need to press the F-Lock key or Fn Key, then F4) on your keyboard, or select Redo on the Quick Access toolbar.
PowerPoint: Apply an Ink Replay animation for a slide show Tap the Animations tab, and then select Replay or Rewind from the Animation Effects gallery. Replay starts with the ink not showing and then plays the ink strokes in the sequence they were drawn.
Redo is the opposite of undo: it redoes an action you have undone. The Redo button appears only once youve used the Undo command. When Redo isnt available, it is replaced by the Repeat button. Click the Redo button. Press Ctrl + Y. How to Undo and Redo in PowerPoint | CustomGuide customguide.com powerpoint undo-in-p customguide.com powerpoint undo-in-p
Good news: This option is easier thank the Ink Replay / Drawing Animation one and is available on more versions of PowerPoint. Go into presenter mode (i.e., start presenting) Start moving your mouse, and then look to the bottom left for a bar that will pop up. Click the icon that looks like a pen.
You can set an animation effect (or sequence of effects) to return to its original state, or repeat. On the Animations pane, expand the Timing section, then do one or both of the following: To play an animation effect more than once, select an option in the Repeat list.
You can also right-click and choose Erase All Ink on Slide to do this manually. Disable the Mouse Pointer as Pen option in the presentation settings and use right-click Mouse pointer as Pen once the presentation is started. This should prevent the permanent ink issue and allow you to erase the ink normally.
Erase ink that youve draw on slides To remove some or all of what youve written or drawn, right-click the slide, point to Pointer Options, and then do one of the following: Click Eraser, and then hold down the left mouse button and drag the eraser over what you want to erase.
