How do I Adopt/Change my Signature? From your Account, click your Profile image, then click My Preferences. Scroll to the bottom of the personal information section and click Delete to remove an existing signature, or + Add New to create a new signature.
You can change an existing signature and initials from your Account at any time. From your account, select your user icon then select Manage Profile. Select Signatures and then choose: Confirm that your full name and initials are correct, then select a style, draw, or upload your signature.
If the document that you need to sign was sent via , you do not need a account to sign. Click the Review Documents hyperlink in the email and follow the easy prompts. You will have an option at the end to create a free signing account if you wish, but it is entirely optional.
In your account, click your profile image and select Manage Profile. The My Profile site opens. In the My Profile Information, in the Name section, select UPDATE. Modify your name as desired.
Change an email signature Click File Options Mail Signatures. Click the signature you want to edit, and then make your changes in the Edit signature box. When youre done, select Save OK.
If you do not have an account at the time of signing, you cannot change your selected signature. See Sign Documents for Free to learn about getting a account.
Option 3: Uploading a scanned signature and initials Click on Edit to the right of MY ID, scroll down to Signatures and then select Edit. Click on Manage Signature and then choose Upload on the next screen. Click your profile image, select My Preferences, scroll down to Signatures and then select Edit.
