To redo something youve undone, press Ctrl+Y or F4.
To undo an edit, click Undo (left arrow to the left of the Save drop-down) or use Ctrl-Z on PC or ⌘Z on Mac. To redo an edit that youve undone, click Redo (right arrow to the left of the Save drop-down) or use either Ctrl-Y / Ctrl-Shift-Z on PC or ⌘Y / ⌘Shift-Z on Mac on Mac.
Heres what you can do: Highlight all cells you need to modify. Take all formulas to the clipboard by pressing Ctrl+C on your keyboard. Then press Ctrl+Shift+V to paste back the values only: Tip. Ctrl+Shift+V is the Google Sheets shortcut for Paste values only (right-click a cell Paste special Paste values only).
To select multiple cells, click and hold Ctrl on your keyboard (Cmd on a Mac) as you select the cells you want to include in the formula.
Note: You need Owner or Editor access to see the version history. In Drive, open your file. Click File Version history. See version history. Click a timestamp to see a previous version of the file. Below the timestamp, youll see: (Optional) To revert to this version, click Restore this version.
How to use the REPT formula in Google Sheets Type =REPT( or go to Insert Function (or directly navigate to the Functions icon) Text REPT. Input text to repeat by manual input or cell reference and define the number of repetitions. Press the Enter key.
