Undo the last action: Choose Edit Undo (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen), or press Command-Z on your keyboard. Redo the last action you undid: Choose Edit Redo, or press Command-Shift-Z.
Select Redo or press Ctrl + Y. To redo more than one action, select Redo several times.
To reverse your last Undo, press CTRL+Y. You can reverse more than one action that has been undone. You can use Redo command only after Undo command.
Like the undo action, redo can be performed multiple times by using the same keyboard shortcut over and over. The Quick Access Toolbar also has a Redo button right next to the undo button; its icon is an arrow pointing to the right.
Upon pressing the UNDO key Ctrl + Z, it will return the previous action, which means we will get back formulas. Since one action is undone now, we can perform the REDO action of going forward to the paste special values action using the shortcut key CTRL + Y or pressing the icon on QAT.
To redo something youve undone, press Ctrl+Y or F4.
Undo a Single Change Click the Undo button. Press Ctrl + Z. Your last action is undone. For example, if you had deleted an item and then decided you wanted to keep it after all, undo would make it reappear.
Select Undo or press Ctrl + Z. To remove more than one action, select Undo until the file returns to what you previously had.
