Go to chrome://flags/ If youre using Chrome on a Chromebook, Windows PC, Mac, iOS, or Android device, open your Chrome browser. Next, enter chrome://flags/ into the address bar at the top to enable flags in Chrome. Hit enter.
When displayed with another flag against a wall from crossed staffs, the U.S. flag should be on its own right (left to a person facing the wall) and its staff should be in front of the other flags staff. In a group of flags displayed from staffs, the U.S. flag should be at the center and the highest point.
When displaying the U.S. flag with other flags, the U.S. flag comes first and is centered in the middle of a flag display. In addition, the U.S. flag must be placed higher than the other flags, unless other national flags are present. In that case the U.S. flag would be the same height.
The American Flag should be flown higher than lesser flags. If the flags are displayed on the same level, the American Flag should be flown to the (flags own) right of all other flags. The right is a position of prominence.
The correct order is US, then other nationality (always flown at the same height as the US flag), and then state flag. Section 7g of the Flag Code states: When flags of two or more nations are displayed, they are to be flown from separate staffs of the same height. The flags should be of approximately equal size.
