Hold down Shift and press P or X to set the flag and select the next photo. Hold down Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac OS) and press the Up Arrow or Down Arrow to increase or decrease the flag status, respectively.
At the bottom right of the screen, from the menu above the Filmstrip panel that currently says Filters Off, select Flagged. This pulls up only the photos you flagged earlier.
The most basic version of a reinforced fly-end includes a 1 double fold of the flag material and four rows of fly stitching. Larger flags require even more reinforcement including a 1.25 double folded fly-end with 6 rows of fly stitching and 5.5 reinforced hem stitching on the top and bottom.
Tap the P to add a Pick flag, X to apply a Reject flag, and U to unflag an image. Use Command + up/down arrow (Mac) | Control (Win) + up/down arrow to increase/decrease the flag status. Tilda (~) toggles between Pick/Unflag a very handy shortcut as you only need to tap one key to pick/remove a flag.
If you want to flag a photo, then its really simple. Here are the keyboard shortcuts to the flagging system just highlight a photo and hit the corresponding key: P = Flag. U = Unflag.
Command + Z (Mac) | Control + Z (Win) goes back in time (Multiple Undo). will toggles (Undo/Redo) the last change made. Command + Shift + Z (Mac) | Control + Shift + Z (Win) goes forward in time (Multiple Redo).
If you use the keyboard shortcut P, itll set the flag as flagged, and you can see that the icon turns a little white. And thats the same thing as setting it to flag. If we want to unflag it, we click the on U key, and the U key will unflag it.
