1. Select the report in the Submitted Expense Reports list or the Returned Expense Reports List and click RECALL in the preview. 2. You will be asked to verify that you wish to send the report back to the Draft Expense Reports list.
Select the expense line item and click DELETE in the Preview to remove it from your report. To delete a receipt image from the report, use the paperclip button in the upper-left corner of the Image Viewer to detach the image.
You can tap one or multiple claimed expense lines. Tap Delete. Tap Yes on the prompt to delete the expense and attachment. Costpoint Mobile TE removes the claimed expense line from the expense report and saves it.
In the Business menu, select Expense claims. Select the Awaiting Payment tab. Click the claim you want to void. Click Void Expense Claim, then click Yes.
How to Delete an Expense Go to Expenses, then select Expenses (Take me there). Select the Filter button and select Type as Expenses. Scroll to the Expense you wish to delete and click it to open it up. Go to the Footer, select More, and select Delete. Select Yes.
Only returned line items can be edited. For example, if your expense has four line items and only two are returned, only those two are editable. Click on the returned line item and then click EDIT in the preview. Make the necessary changes to the line item and click SAVE.
Click once to open the expense. Click Edit. Click Expendable Equipment, find and select the Itemization mosaic begin the Itemization process. Click Itemize.
