To redo the most recent action that you undid, press CTRL+Y. To redo several actions, do one of the following: Press CTRL+Y repeatedly until the actions are redone.
To make your workflow even more efficient, you can use a shortcut key to repeat the recent action in Excel: Ctrl + Y or F4 for Windows. Command + Y for Mac.
If the slide or slides you cut or copied come from a different presentation and you want to keep their original formatting, Click the (Ctrl) button that pops up at the bottom-right corner of the pasted slide, and select Keep Source Formatting.
Copy formatting to a single shape Right-click the shape with the formatting that you want to copy, and on the Mini toolbar, select Format Painter: Your pointer changes to. . Click another shape. The copied formatting is applied to the second shape.
