so hello guys so i will be showing you how to create mail merge using wps office so the first step is you have to create data in spreadsheet like this one so you have to create this kind of data for your mail merge so after you create that data you have to save this as a wps spreadsheet because if you create if you save this file as a microsoft excel this will not be detected in the docs here in wps office so mine is already saved so lets close this one so after you save the file you will go to the docs so you have to create a uh letter or any form of document so all you have to do mine is already done but i will show you how so all you have to do is go to references uh click mail merge then open data source so after you click this open data source a window will pop up and all you have to do is find your file so mine is this one so you have to open that and then i will i will unclick this first so you can see what is by default so this is the default one so what i did is this by defa
