foreign welcome back today were gonna do a little retro show and tell Ive got an AR here fitted with a carry handle uh and one of my older Optics on here this is an addable uh at what point I probably had about 12 of these I used to use these a lot training people I this is the only one thats left now I think I I basically sold them all off and I pretty much have upgraded all my red dots uh to hollow songs Okay um so uh Ive done a couple of videos on AR for carry handles I did one where I talked to guys about using the range drum um I did another one where I had this scope uh fitted on top of the carry handle right so this carry handle was the reason why it was put there it had a hole over here the reason why it was called the cabinet handle is so it so it would carry your optic okay from what I hear what Ive been told you know back in the day when they had M16s and everything was fitted with uh with a carry handle if a drill instructor saw you carrying your M16 by the carry hand

A petechia, (plural Petechiae) refers to a small red or purple pin point dot on the body, due to broken capillary blood vessels. Events that cause an increase in pressure, such as coughing or vomiting can cause petechiae around the face or eyes. Minor trauma is another common cause of petechiae.
These dots form when your tiniest blood vessels, called capillaries, break and leak blood under the skin. This blood pools under the surface, creating the appearance of spots. Petechiae arent considered a medical condition on their own.
We diagnosed emesis- induced petechial rash as a mask phenomenon, and the purpura faded spontaneously after approximately 48 hours without treatment.
