Redo an action To redo something youve undone, press Ctrl+Y or F4. (If F4 doesnt seem to work, you may need to press the F-Lock key or Fn Key, then F4) on your keyboard, or select Redo on the Quick Access toolbar.
The Redo command reverses the most recent change made using Undo. To undo an action, on the Edit menu, click Undo, or press Ctrl + Z. To redo an action, on the Edit menu, click Redo, or press Ctrl +Y.
In most applications, you can only use Ctrl Y to redo the last action that you undid using Ctrl Z. If you want to redo multiple actions, you will need to use Ctrl Y multiple times.

To redo the most recent action that you undid, press CTRL+Y. To redo several actions, do one of the following: Press CTRL+Y repeatedly until the actions are redone. On the Quick Access Toolbar, click the arrow next to Redo , and then click the actions that you want to redo.
