[Music] let us say that you made a mistake while you were working on something and lets say for example you have deleted something by mistake and you want to get it back you dont want to draw it again the only thing and the easiest thing that you can do is to use this button this button is the undo button you click on it once and it goes back to where it was if you want one two three four things to go back and then you dont want them anymore you just go on this home over here the home button you go on the undo button but there is a drop down menu you click on the drop down menu you have redo and undo first Im gonna use undo one time its gonna remove the first one you keep clicking on it so that you remove multiple buttons you see if there is one more that you want to put it back you can click on redo and its back [Music] you [Music]

At the top, click Slide Change theme. In the bottom right, click Import theme. Double-click the presentation you want to use. Click the theme you want.
To change the current theme to another theme: On the DESIGN tab, in the Themes group, click More. Do one of the following: Under Custom, choose a custom theme to apply. Under Office, click a built-in theme to apply. Click Browse for Themes, and locate and click a theme.
Now close the Windows Explorer window. Now open the presentation which U desire to change. Right click on the slide (or Click on the Format menu) and select Apply design template. A presentation designs template window should pop up displaying all the designs available.
Repeat a PowerPoint Slide Launch Microsoft PowerPoint and open your presentation. Click the Slides tab on the left pane of the user interface. Select the Duplicate Slide option from the fly-out menu. Move the duplicated slide to a desired slot in the presentation by dragging and dropping it onto the slide layout.

On the Design tab, click the arrow under Themes, point to the theme you want to set as default, and then Ctrl+click. Click Set as Default Theme. The next time that you open a new presentation, it will open with the theme that you set as the default.
If you want to reset the master slide in PowerPoint, go to View Slide Master option once again. Change the settings the way you want and save as blank. potx again. It will replace the earlier blank template with the new blank template.
If you dont want Designer to automatically offer suggestions: On the File menu, click Options. In the PowerPoint Options dialog box, click the General tab on the left, then scroll toward the bottom and clear the Automatically show me design ideas check box.
