In the Home tab, inside the Alignment group, click on the Increase Indent icon. Click on the Increase Indent icon in the Alignment group. Keep clicking on the Increase Indent button to increment the indent. Double click on the cell and manually insert spaces at the beginning of each line break.

If you want to add more paragraph breaks, like for a list of bullet points, continue pressing Left Alt+ and Enter for each paragraph break.
To do this, select the cell that contains the content you want to repeat. Then, click and drag the fill handle (the small square in the bottom-right corner of the cell) until all of the cells you want to fill are selected. The contents of the cell will be copied into all of the selected cells.
Lets say you want to get the indent level of cell A1, just type =PROFEXIndentLevel(A1). Press F9 for refreshing.
Change Alignment to General The first way to take care of this issue is to change the alignment of the cells to the General setting. Start by selecting all of the cells that you want to remove the indentation for. Then click the Left Align button to change the alignment to General. The indentation will be removed.
Put the mouse pointer over the bottom right-hand corner of the cell until its a black plus sign. Click and hold the left mouse button, and drag the plus sign over the cells you want to fill. And the series is filled in for you automatically using the AutoFill feature.
