To reverse your last action, press CTRL+Z. You can reverse more than one action. Redo. CTRL+Y. To reverse your last Undo, press CTRL+Y.
Undo is an interaction technique which is implemented in many computer programs. It erases the last change done to the document, reverting it to an older state. In some more advanced programs, such as graphic processing, undo will negate the last command done to the file being edited.
The correct answer is Ctrl + Y. It is a common computer command. It is generated by holding Ctrl and pressing the Y key on most Computer Keyboards. In most Windows applications this keyboard shortcut functions as Redo, reversing a previous Undo.
Redo is the opposite of undo: it redoes an action you have undone. For example, if you decide that you do, after all, want to delete an item that you have just brought back with undo, you can redo the action. The Redo button is only available right after youve undone something.
Redo an action To redo something youve undone, press Ctrl+Y or F4.
To redo an action that youve just undone on Windows, press Ctrl+Y, Ctrl + Shift + Z or F4.
To undo an action, press Ctrl + Z. To redo an undone action, press Ctrl + Y.
The undo button in Excel reverts your worksheet to the state it was in just before you performed the most recent action. Redo has the opposite effect, redoing what youve just undone, such as if you accidentally delete something.
Undo You cannot redo an action unless you have already selected Undo. Choose Edit Redo or type CTRL +Y. To continue redoing changes, choose Edit Redo or type CTRL +Y repeatedly.
Redo an action To redo something youve undone, press Ctrl+Y or F4.
