The Quick Access toolbar is a customizable toolbar that provides convenient access to commonly used commands. By default, the Undo button resembles a curved arrow pointing to the left, while the Redo button resembles a curved arrow pointing to the right.
To repeat something simple, such as a paste operation, press Ctrl+Y or F4 (If F4 doesnt seem to work, you may need to press the F-Lock key or Fn Key, then F4) on your keyboard, or select Repeat on the Quick Access Toolbar.
To reverse your last action, press CTRL+Z. You can reverse more than one action. To reverse your last Undo, press CTRL+Y.
In most graphical applications for the majority of the mainstream operating systems (such as Microsoft Windows, Linux and BSDs), the keyboard shortcut for the undo command is Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace, and the shortcut for redo is Ctrl+Y or Ctrl+Shift+Z.
